General Sales conditions, cancellation policy


Caution

Any use of a credit card fraudulently or a credit card that does not belong to the person making the reservation will be IMMEDIATELY reported to the relevant authorities in the country as well as the embassy or consulate of France of the country, causing very serious penalties. Responsibility for Reserv'Hotels not under any circumstances be questioned.

General sales conditions

1 - The price to pay for the room is the one displayed at the hotel.

2 - To use the direct on line reservation service, you must guarantee your booking with a credit card number and pay a deposit of 12% on the total room amount
The payment on line is secured by the Crédit Agricole Quercy-Rouergue.

3 - The balance of your stay should be paid directly at the hotel.

4 - Breakfast, stay taxes and extras (taxes, telephone, minibar, bar, room service etc) are not included in the payment you are about to make.
These should be paid directly at the hotel.

5 - Your accommodation has been reserved with a fixed arrival date, departure date and number of rooms.
If during your stay you wish to stay an extra or several extra nights in addition to this reservation, you must pay the extra cost directly at the hotel.

If you wish to change your stay or make a cancellation, before the arrival date, you must make these changes on the website category "modify or cancel".

Failure to do so will result in the changes not being taken into account neither by Reserv Hotels neither by the hotel.

6 - Your reservation will systematically be confirmed by e-mail as will any change or cancellation.

Cancellation policy :

1 - If you fail to arrive at the hotel (no-show) without having cancelled the reservation via the central system, your credit card wll be debited by an amount equal to the price of the first night.

2 - Any cancellation must be made at the latest 24 hours before the arrival date. Any deposit paid will not be reimbursed.

3 - If a cancellation is made on the arrival date, a charge equivalent to the first night will be retained by Reserv hotels.

Reservation changes :

1 - Any change to the reservation must be made via the on line reservation service, field "modify" and NOT directly to the hotel.

2 - No change can be accepted if this procedure is not respected.

3 - Your changes will be confirmed by e-mail from us.

4 - If the change to your reservation represents a length of time inferior to the initial stay, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

5 - If the change concern a new check-in date, you first have to cancel your reservation, then making a new one with your new dates. The deposit for the first reservation will not be reimbursed as indicated on the cancellation policy.

Any disagreement or problem arising between the two parties will be settled by the Toulouse court.
